Finnish Association of People with Physical Disabilities

Finnish Association of People with Physical Disabilities (FPD) is a national advocacy and service association for persons with physical disabilities. The FPD has 33 000 individual members and 155 member associations across Finland.

The FPD is a part of an international disability movement, which aims to guarantee the human rights of persons with disabilities and accomplish equal opportunities for persons living in Finland and abroad.

The FPD has two development cooperation projects with a Zambian sister organization, Zambia National Association of Persons with Physical Disabilities (ZNAPD) and one project with an Ethiopian sister organization, VAMCPAA.
